Your profile

What are you going to do? As Office Manager, you play a central role in our company. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, with a keen eye for detail and organization. From administration to communication, you are the spider in the web that ensures that the team can perform optimally.

Werkzaamheden

Here are some of your tasks:


- Practical support to the managing director
- Administrative support for account management
- Processing work orders, contracts and customer data
- Point of contact for phone and email during office hours (9:00-17:00)
- Support with billing and other daily administrative activities
- Coach support

 

In short: you are the backbone of our team and ensure that everyone can work efficiently.

Requirements

Who are you?

· You have an MBO-4 or HBO level of work and thinking, with a relevant background

· 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role

· You like to create an overview and you are good at multitasking

· You have a flexible attitude and you work meticulously

· You speak and write English well, or you are motivated to brush up on your English

· You live in the province of Utrecht
